Only just seen this website but a real gem.
Woody has done a great job ahead of his lead role as organiser next year.
Thought it was a great idea to interview some of our well known ladies in the Weaver Valley CC who all gave great responses to a variety of cycling related questions .
Everybody should see it!
Well done ladies and well done Woody !

Cheers Al 😳 just want to say thanks to the girls for taking time out to put forward their advice, it looks great alongside the likes of Sarah Storey and Lucy Garner! We'll have to get Ann, Caroline & our Les on there too once she's back on the bike and competing next year!
I welcome any feedback, I just want to make the race the best I possibly can and a race we can all be proud of as a club.
I'll be adding more interviews in the coming months and all I'll say is one of them coming up is gonna be mega! 😮
Wow Woody that is brilliant! You are a star. Love the interviews with us girls...makes us sound like professionals!!!
Fantastic web site mate. It's a credit to you.
Thanks Woody! I second everything said above! I love the graphics, and the newness of it all! Oh, and the way you big us all up!! 😀
Great job Woody 😀
That's ace Woody! I'm going to read the interviews later.
Would you like me to go and ride the course with my GPS thing and upload it to a map-my-ride type website? You could then put a link on the course page. Just an idea. I could even film the interesting bits with my head-cam and cut it together onto you-tube. (will be a better excuse to get off the settee that going outside to carry on decorating the porch 😥 )
Cheers mate. Great idea on the filming although I already have Kris Zentek doing some filming of the course with his bike cam, might be worth giving him a shout as he was thinking of chopping it up into different camera angles.
If you want to ride the course and sort me out with a map that would be spot on. Maybe if you did that we could set up a Strava competition for the fastest lap in the lead up to it?
Well, I don't do the Strava thing, but if you can know how to put a GPX file on there, I'll send it to you. Have you got Mr Zentek's phone number? 2 camera will make getting different angles much easier, and having other riders in shot makes it infinitely more interesting!
edit - actually, don't bother with the phone number I can PM him.
Excellent work Woody, the interviews are very informative
