I should be out riding on Sunday so I’m up for a long hard day in the hills. What time do you want to meet at the legion? Usual 9:30?

It’ll be a steady ride. No one wants to turn up to a big social event all sweaty and out of breath! Even Titch… I hope… ๐Ÿ˜†

Myself and Titch were pondering on riding out. 14:00 should give us plenty of time to get there.

Looking at the wind direction, thoughts are that next Sunday we will go over Horseshoe Pass and have a spot of lunch at Llandegla. Will be a 90 mile day with a fair bit of climbing, will post some more details as things are firmed up

Sounds excellent! I’ve ridden to Llandegla on my own a few times and also Moutain Biked on the trails there regualry through winter and the Cafe/Restaurant there is great. Where do you usually meet up?

As a side note I’d like to point out that I like how my surname has been written in 3 different ways on the last 3 results sheets ๐Ÿ˜†

Wiggins has done as much for this country, himself and the tdf today, as he will do when he wins the tour. What he did today shows what its all about… and hats off to all the other teams for acknowledging the actions of a true Gentleman.

Unfortunately, it’s a shame he rides under the banner of a Company that demonstrates everything else that is wrong with people and society…

Would be nice to see the Sky boys sponsored by Someone with the same principles and balls as Wiggins….

Maybe ICI will step up as a sponsor? hehe ๐Ÿ˜€

Yeah yeah… I say Sylwester Szmyd will do a massive solo breakaway on the queen stage, win by 90 minutes and comfortably wear yellow all the way to Paris ๐Ÿ˜‰

In the past I’ve always gone to Dave Hinde in Northwhich with no problems. There’s also a bike shop on Weaver Street in Winsford that might be able to do it but I’ve never had wheels done there myself so can’t say for sure.
