Great event, bloody tough though. As Eleanor has suggest, it would be great to have more next year, we had 15 this yearImageUploadedByTapatalk1440995180.274746.jpg[/attachment:3c66k6ni]ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440995193.850706.jpg[/attachment:3c66k6ni]ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440995209.373625.jpg[/attachment:3c66k6ni]andybeswickParticipant31 August 2015 at 09:05Post count: 123
Great pic from around the table. Facial expression digressing perfectly from happy to fear!

Wrinkley ride power rules the Wild Wales Challenge. Well done to those of us riding and completing the course. It was a good day and thank goodness, the weather was fine and dry.
I’m not sure about my hill climbing ability any longer but, the exhilaration on completing the event and receiving a trophy in the form of an engraved piece of slate, forms a rewarding and 😎 lasting memory.
Well done Weaver Valley riders and thank you to the Merseyside CTC for organizing the event.andybeswickParticipant31 August 2015 at 11:34Post count: 123

Great photos Andy and good to see you made some nice new friends, given that we all deserted you! (Nothing like club solidarity eh!) How did you get on, we were quite worried about you, but it looks like you had time to fit in some photography at least! How on earth did that bloke get up those hills on a recumbent, did he have some easy gears?andybeswickParticipant31 August 2015 at 20:36Post count: 123
I felt like the lamb escaping the slaughter Eleanor starting before everyone else! the guy in the recumbent just ground it out, his mate just walked beside him telling me “oh, he’ll do it alright….”
Jed… he did your lot proud!
how did I get on….? the kids were well impressed with the slate ‘medal’ 😉
