Thanks everyone, especially those that looked after me at the scene. I cannot remember a thing about yesterday apart from part of the ambulance ride. They did x-rays and blood tests and everything was ok. But the loss of memory worried them, this is why I had a MRI scan. And they found a brain which is a bonus. No lasting damage and they sent me home with creams and tablets.
Have spent all day sleeping and I’m very sore and swollen. Got what can only be described as whip lash. God forbid what would have happened if I didn’t wear a helmet. I think I’d be writing this from a wheel chair with a straw in my mouth!!
