7 of us enjoyed the slightly muddy conditions around the forest singletrack. A good pace today as all were able to handle the climbs and technical challenges. Good to see John fine tuning his fitnesss for his sponsored ride across Africa in November, Andy with some shiny new forks, Eleanor fresh from her IoM E2E epic victory, Richard who has been altitude training in the Himalayas as well as exploring the forest to find some great new singletrack (and some not so great!), Chris out for the first time and keeping up no problem – even after a hard velodrome session the night before and Steve gaining more confidence in very slippery conditions and now a forest regular.
As always see http://wvccbogblog.blogspot.com/ for more information about the off road rides and to see a video (when I learn how to upload it from my camera). Or give me a call on 01606 76171 07733 121505 or leave a comment here.
