AGM

This is your chance to catch up on what the club has been up to in the last year, and what we are going to do in the coming year. Also your chance to get involved and bring your views and questions to the meeting.

If you have any proposals for consideration for the AGM agenda, then please submit them via email to the Club Secretary at ady@weavervalleycc.org.uk before 03/09/2019.

The AGM includes election of officials, club reports and, most importantly – food!

We’ll be providing free chip butties at the end of the meeting. The bar will be open (but not free!).
