Hi all,
I'm looking to run a spin/gym night again this winter. It will be a Wednesday night from 20:00-21:00 at MPA. This year it will £5 per person. This covers the cost of the club hiring the studio/equipment. The gym has been extended and have just taken delivery of new spin bikes 🙂
Be good to gauge interest before we pay the gym up front. If you're interested let me know on here or by private message.

Hi all,
Gym nights start again this Wednesday. 1st week may be a bit dis-organised, not had time to really get things sorted.
Not sure how much room we will have and what we will be able to do. Going to set a max number of 15 for the 1st week. Currently got 6 names so if you can make it get your names down ASAP. After this week hopefully I will have a better idea of max numbers and what is best.
One thing I will guarantee is an hour of hard work. Starts at 2000 at MPA, Kingfisher Court off Denton Drive behind B+Q.
