Experienced riders only can try this new enterprise in Snowdonia http://www.anturstiniog.com/ Serious downhill (but graded for people as averagely equipped as me) and no uphill riding ( you have to use the uplift). 3 - 4 already booked on so we can share lifts.
Thanks to Andy for suggesting this and hopefully we'll have as much fun as we did at the BMX track!

I have mentioned this to Derek, but if he decides not to come, I'll have a spare seat, (or two if both passengers have no concept of personal space)
