As the summer [HA! 😆 ] draws to it's close.. the 2nd training run [the one that meets at Hatchmere] will, by the end of September, reduce its speed [considerably] and concentrate on steady winter miles. So if you haven't ventured out because you thought it was too fast..it's your chance to roll up and have a go.. If the rugby club run meet want to keep trying to kill each other thru the winter 🙄 then don't come with us 😉 !!!
