Don't forget that in a few weeks time we have out annual Club Dinner and awards evening. Tickets are £20 each, which includes food from the hot and cold buffet.
Always a good evening, with plenty of laughs and a chance to relax with food and drink in another setting other than a café on a Sunday!
Awards are presented, a raffle, quiz, and a chance to see what we all look like when dressed in normal clothes... 🙂

This year we're back the the Winnington Park Recreation Club, and it'll be a great evening with a chance to not recognise all of our club members when they dressed in anything but lycra(!)
This is the only event of the year where we get together as a club. It's a great opportunity to meet with your club members, engage in the usual banter(!) and maybe say hello to club members you've never met before. It's a relaxed and enjoyable evening, with food, a guest speaker, and of course a bar!
So if you haven't got your ticket - get it now - you don't want to miss out...
Our special guest this year is Andy Wilkinson of Port Sunlight Wheelers, who is one of our finest long distance time-triallists, hold many trophies and setting the standard for speed and endurance for many 'testers' throughout the country -especially for the 24 hour event, where he holds the record of 541.17 miles - set in 2011!

Just to say a very big thank you to Graham G and all who helped to once again put on such an enjoyable and successful evening for us .
The buffet was excellent , the awards presentation very slick , and it`s the first time we have had a world champion from our club , in Lee Suthard , to applaud and listen too though he was careful not to give too many tips away !
The choice of Andy Wilkinson as chief guest i thought was great as those of us who have been racing for some time are well aware of Andy`s amazing feats of speed and endurance and so it must have been fascinating for those not so familiar to hear just a little of his amazing exploits .
All in all a very enjoyable evening and once again a very big thank you to Graham !

Yes, I hear it went well, I was a little gutted when a few of you invited me to come but it was too short notice for other plans I already had.
Especially gutted about the buffet.................
