The year has flown, and once again, it is time for our AGM. This year it will be held at our club at Winnington Park RFC, in the Bowden Room (the large room). The meeting will start promptly at 7:30pm.
As it is an AGM, then all club members are invited to come along as we discuss club matters, elect officials and hear proposals.
On the note of proposals, if you wish to bring forward any proposals, then please do so, before Tuesday 1st September, in order that the committee can discuss them and document them for the AGM. You can do this by contacting any of the committee members, or just by emailing me at ady@weavervalleycc.org.uk.
The AGM typically runs for an hour or so on the evening, and afterwards there will be free buffet for anyone who attends. The bar will also be open (but will not be free - just saying!)
So if you want to see what your club is about, this is a good night to do it. The committee will also be there to speak to about club matters in general following the meeting.
Attached is the current stock list, i will bring the kit along with me to the AGM tomorrow night if anyone wishes to purchase. Also i will be placing the second order for the winter kit so this will also be your final chance to place an order.
