This post is to announce the date of the AGM, and encourage members to come along, listen to what we have done this year, what we plan to do next year, and hear proposals that you, our members may put forward.
In addition to this, it is also a good opportunity to ask questions, and get more involved in the running of the club.
Ahead of the AGM, should any member have a formal proposal, please submit the proposal, ideally seconded, to me, before our next committee meeting on 4th September 2018. This gives us chance to review proposals, and include them on the agenda where appropriate.
The AGM this year will be held at our home on Burrows Hill, in the main room at the Rugby Club, on Tuesday 25th September 2018 at 7:30PM. The bar will be open, and for all those attending, there will be free chip butties. Yes, you heard it, free chip butties. What more incentive might you want for attending?!
