Last chance for a ride after work at the fantastic Landegla mountainbike centre. See www.coedllandegla.com if you don’t already know what this place has to offer…and if you don’t, then get yourself there because it’s the best fun you can have legally! (Well, that might be a slight exageration, but not much)
Meet outside the cafe for 6.30pm start. We should just have time to ride the recently refurbished black route before the light goes.
Thanks to Ross for leading us on another night-time mystery tour on a perfect, clear Friday evening. Acton Bridge, Dutton and then the canal to Runcorn and Daresbury for some exciting single track before refreshment at the Leigh Arms. Matthew won the prize for the best homemade light…it was “brilliant”.
I'll put my bike in the boot and with a bit of luck should be able to make it. If I am a bit late, leave me a burger…
We really need to start at 6.30pm to get back before dark, but anyone arriving a little later could ride the red route and catch us on the way round.
Going to leave straight from work and might bring a workmate along. Should be there for 6.30 at latest.
I'll see if Matthew or Gareth are up for it too.

Tasty BBQ and a great thrash round the black with Matthew and Derek chomping at the bit. No fallers, but Alan C would have preferred not to see his tea for the second time that evening – should have waited for the BBQ!
Kevin and Jack making good progress on the descents and not getting as many rests after the climbs on this occasion. They definitely felt that they had earned their burgers.
Entertainment supplied by a couple of girls with nice harmonies and a guitar – what more could you want.
Next summer we will have an evening ride from Teggs Nose so Kevin doesn't have a 2 hour drive first.
