Club 10’s – Round 6 – 27th June 2018

Phew what a scorcher!  Great evening for sitting outside a pub with a nice cold drink, but failing that maybe a breeze from a gentle bike ride would do the trick (I think not).  20 brave souls battled with the humid conditions but some PB’s were achieved so clearly we have some sun lovers in the club.  Quickest on the night was visitor Matt Lunt with a 23:18 and Paul Connor was quickest WVCC rider with a 24:22 which by his standards was slow but I think that reflected the conditions.  Guardian Cup is hotting up as well and later I’ll post the current standings as I’m running out of excuses now for not doing them.  Round 7 next week and the week after it’s the club 10 champs so if you want to find form for the champs have a good try out next week.
