A warm sunny evening with a light breeze brought a large field out for a Wednesday 10.
A mix of club members battling for Guardian Cup points, and non-members out for their time against the clock.
Fastest time of the evening was that of our own Matt Nowell, now pro rider with Bike Channel Canyon (watch out for him racing next in Durham on the 27th in the Tour Series – on ITV4 on Monday 29th 22:00). He recorded an excellent 21:15. Close behind him was visitor Matt Langridge, who is not only an olympic gold medalist rower, but also an excellent TT rider coming in with 21:26!
Guardian Cup points will follow in a subsequent post. Times for the evening are in the table below.
